Rhys Green is a Coach Educator and course provider through Canoe Wales and British Canoeing along with providing HSE courses in First Aid, First Aid for Mental Health and Safeguarding.

For just under 3 years Rhys has been assisting the Canoe Clubs in Wales with their policies and procedures along with on the water delivery. These thoughts and processes have assisted to create a good knowledge base for Technical Support within this sector. 

Technical support offered can include:
Paperwork checks and guidance 
On the water guidance and support
Site specific recommendations 
Ongoing staff development 

Technical Support offered is primarily for paddlesport. Rhys is also able to assist with guidance on other areas of your work base. 

Technical support is £250 for the day + travel expenses
